There is no article submission charge. When an article is published, an Article Processing Charge (APC) of CIC & Proceeding is $47.29/Rp 750.000 is levied to cover the costs of journal administration, copy editing, proofing and layout. The APC can be waived if the author has no means to cover this cost.
